We specialize in building exactly what you need - from Schedule I, II, III, IV and other specialized narcotics storage security. Medications in category C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 also require secure storage. New legislation regarding the Safe Prescribing Act of 2013, the storage of Hydrocodone, Lortab and Norco may require upgraded security measures related to Schedule II regulations and requirements. Practitioners are required to store stocks of Schedule II through V controlled substances in a securely locked, substantially constructed cabinet. Practitioners authorized to possess carfentanil, etorphine hydrochloride and/or diprenorphine, must store these controlled substances in a safe or steel cabinet equivalent to a U.S. Government Class V security container.Federal regulations mandate that covered entities such as clinics and pharmacies are to adhere to the DEA Controlled Substance Security Manual and the use a of UL Rated TL-15/30 or a GSA Rated Class 5 Container, generally over 500 lbsThe security and storage of Marinol (schedule III), Cesamet (schedule II) or Cannabidiol by covered entities require high security safes that meet DEA Approved Safe requirements. Three models of Narcotics Lockers are available depending on the level of security required. Each model is white and comes equipped with a dial combination lock (digital combination optional). Standard doors are right swing (as shown), but left swing door construction is available on request. The safe is clearly labeled "Narcotics Locker" on the door.
