Mini Deluxe GV1000D

"Having a baby in the house has required me to put all the firearms in secured locations. I saw the GV1000 at a local store and really liked the speed at which one could gain access to the inside. I ordered the GV1000D from KLsecurity and received it in a timely fashion for a great price.  I took it out of the box and installed some batteries I had around the house. Following the easy instructions I set the vault up and began to test the code entry \ door opening. I was at first noticing about 5% of the time that the door would not open. I contacted both KLsecurity and Gun Vault and had a great customer service experience from both. To resolve my issue I replaced my somewhat old batteries with brand new Duracells (recommended in the manual) and also plugged the AC adapter in. After doing this I have not had one issue with opening and can get into the vault lightning fast even in a completely dark room. I am happy with my purchase and feel better knowing that my son or others will not be able to gain access to my 1911."
